Swabodhii has a multidisciplinary team of special educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists and yoga therapists to offer the necessary services under one roof. The staff with the guidance of the Management team seeks to unlock the potential of ever child with special needs through education and training.

Mrs.Radha Ganesan is the Founder Director of ‘Swabodhini’ School for Special children and the Managing Trustee of the Swabodhini Charitable Trust. She is a Post Graduate and Certified Educator (Rehabilitation Council of India) and has close to two decades of experience in dealing with special children. She evolves School Policies, Curriculum plans and Developmental programs from time to time in accordance with the school’s Mission.

Mrs.Anuradha Mahesh, a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant is a parent trustee of the Trust. She manages the Finance and funding of the school. As the Deputy Director of the school she coordinates the implementation of school policies and programs in addition to exercising budgetary control over school finances.
